Cancellations must be 24 hours prior to your tour departure.
Reservations made on the same day as event/tour are non-refundable.
Please arrive 45 minutes prior to check in for your tour departure time & complete all necessary paperwork. All tours leave at the designated time and will not wait for those who are late. Please account for any time needed to prepare for your tour including sunscreen, clothing change, taking boaters test etc.
No shows and those arriving too late for the tour will be charged the full amount.
If we deem it necessary to cancel a tour due to inclement weather, we will refund or reschedule based on the customer’s request.
Must be 18 years of age to rent a Jet Ski. Each Jet Ski has a weight limit of 400 lb.
Experienced drivers January 1, 2020 - January 1, 1988 must possess a Boaters Education Certificate in order to operate a Jet Ski.
All customers must follow their tour guides instructions at all times. Failure to follow instructions may result in tour ending early.
Customers are not subject to refund once tour/event has departed.
